Technopolis, an IT park promoted by the Muthoot Pappachan Group has Wipro as its latest tenant. Located inside the Cochin SEZ, the Technopolis offers 2.5 lakh sq. ft of built up space. The IT giant, who has taken up 37,000 sq ft in the building, already has a significant presence in the Infopark at Kochi.
